B rand-consciousU ltra-fastI nspiringL eadingD etermined JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Project Manager, you work with your project team on various finishing projects for customers such as Rituals and Basic Fit. As a Project Manager you are involved in every phase of a project, from preparation to evaluation. Together with your project team, you ensure that the construction process is managed properly. What you’ll do as Project Manager Preparing, organizing, and leading completion projects according to pre-specified objectives. You ensure efficient and targeted planning of the project You manage executive employees or subcontractors in such a way that the project is completed within the agreed timeframe. Monitoring capacity, budget, time and quality After a project completion, you prepare the final report and evaluate the project with those involved WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A PROJECT MANAGER?As a Project Manager you think in solutions. Because you work with your Project Team, but also maintain contact with subcontractors and clients, it is important that you have strong social and communication skills. In addition you have: A completed HBO education in construction, engineering or business administration At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position Proficiency in the Dutch and English language.
