Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Podcast & Content Coordinator to manage the end-to-end production and publishing of our podcast while supporting YouTube and LinkedIn engagement. This is a part-time role focused on consistent execution, clean editing, organized coordination, and steady audience growth. The ideal candidate takes ownership, protects quality, communicates clearly, and is comfortable improving processes over time. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce 2 podcast episodes per month (audio/video; clean, professional editing). Publish episodes across podcast platforms and YouTube. Manage episode uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and basic optimization. Coordinate podcast guest scheduling with professionalism and strong communication etiquette. Execute an existing content calendar consistently and on time. Manage light LinkedIn posting related to podcast content. Monitor and respond to LinkedIn comments and inbox messages to support engagement. Identify/develop and manage KPIs that directly yield business revenue growth. Identify and suggest process improvements when appropriate. Qualifications Experience and proficiency using podcast uploading and editing tools: Riverside, Opus, Libsyn or similar. Proven experience editing podcasts (audio and/or video). Proven experience publishing and managing Youtube and X (twitter). Experience publishing to major podcast platforms and YouTube. Experience growing YouTube or LinkedIn channels. Strong written communication skills and professional guest-facing etiquette. Experience managing LinkedIn pages or content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively. Nice-to-Haves Basic graphic design skills (thumbnails, simple brand assets).
