About the roleThe Payroll Associate for NAMER (US) is responsible for executing accurate and timely payroll processes, ensuring legal compliance and proper administration of taxes, timekeeping, and cyclical activities. This role provides direct support to employees by resolving tickets and inquiries, while maintaining quality controls and updated documentation.Main Activities- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for US employees. - Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery for each cycle. - Respond to employee tickets and inquiries, ensuring prompt review and resolution. - Perform quality controls throughout the payroll process and maintain updated documentation. - Conduct reconciliations, audits, and results validations. - Escalate any issues that may impact payroll execution to the Team Manager in a timely manner. - Accurately process cyclical events, including weekly, bi-weekly, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities. - Manage Kronos timekeeping reports for payroll purposes. - Monitor payroll taxes to ensure compliance.Qualifications and Skills- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Payroll. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. - Proficient in Word and Excel. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of US payroll taxes. - Knowledge of multi-state payroll. - Advanced / fluent English skills.
