A home for your talent and ambition.A home for everyone.ResponsabilidadesMaterials Reception - Incoming InspectionEvaluate supplier reliability through random sampling of the productEnsure that products meet the specification defined in drawingsReject product to the supplier that does not meet the specificationsEnsure the level of demand according to the reliability of the supplier ProcessesExecute and manage the audits of the processes according to the established programsReport results of processes and audits performed during the shiftFollow up on new products and new projectsEnsure strict compliance with the criteria and specifications of the product and processTimely inform the production areas and their immediate boss about all the findings or deviations that may arise at any stage of the processEvaluate and verify objectively that the processes meet the established criteria and specificationsPreparation of reports derived from the technical audits of the process and productEnsure compliance with quality criteriaRecord the control activities carried out, with the objective of evidencing the results and being able to prepare quality reportsCommunicate the findings in a timely manner to the corresponding areas and, where appropriate, carry out containment actions that prevent the non-conforming exit of the products or processesCarry out the dissemination of quality alerts and ensure complianceFollow up and control the tests executed in processMake the release of warehouse or product through AQLGenerate and, where appropriate, disseminate the required quality alertsApplication of R&R studies in the Classification areasVerify and code tooling of classification areasVerify application of ECNs that involve classificationPerform resistance tests to embed partsDevelopment and implementation of LUP for classification areasApplication of negative Red Rabbit runsVerify the correct execution of activities according to the Standard Operation SheetVerify records at workstations in the classification areasMonitoring and closing action plans resulting from the studies and activities carried out in ClassificationRequisitosEducation- Technical or professional careerKnowledge -Essential management of Office toolsStatistical process control toolsAQLInterpretation of drawingsBasic handling of measurement toolsISO 9001 StandardExperience - 2- 3 years as a technician, inspector or auditor of process / product or related quality.Or as professional practices in industry (Metalworking, food, automotive, etc.)Competencies -It is necessary to be an active, responsible and capable person to carry out different activities.
