The Director of Clinical Operations safeguards that execution. ________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual, bicultural senior nurse leader to serve as: Director of Clinical Operations. This is not a nurse supervisor role. This is a senior executive leadership position responsible for: • Overseeing a team of 6 nurses • Enforcing 100% protocol compliance • Maintaining regulatory readiness under Mexican health authorities • Protecting patient safety at all levels • Optimizing clinical systems and documentation • Improving medical supply efficiency • Unifying cross-department collaboration This individual must be both: A systems enforcer AND A cultural leader We are not hiring a bureaucratic manager. We are installing the clinical integrity pillar of the organization. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities Clinical Governance & Compliance • Enforce strict adherence to all medical protocols • Maintain zero tolerance for preventable deviations • Oversee biologics handling, IV standards, and safety processes • Lead internal audits and compliance reviews • Maintain inspection-ready regulatory posture • Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness • Monitor adherence to Mexican health authority regulations ________________________________________ Operational Excellence • Optimize medical supply utilization and inventory systems • Identify measurable cost-efficiency improvements • Standardize workflow and execution processes • Implement and maintain updated SOPs • Lead structured clinical training programs • Develop and track operational KPIs Even small efficiency improvements (e.g., 1% reduction in medical supply waste) can translate into significant annual savings. This role requires both financial stewardship and clinical excellence. ________________________________________ Leadership & Cultural Integration • Lead and mentor 6 nursing professionals • Command respect without intimidation • Enforce accountability while strengthening morale • Serve as a bridge between: o Sales o Medical doctors o Administration o Concierge/reception o Ownership This leader must unify departments — not create silos. ________________________________________ Authority & Reporting Structure The Director of Clinical Operations: Reports directly to the Owner. Has operational authority over: • All nursing staff • Clinical compliance processes • Documentation standards • Safety oversight Collaborates closely with: • Physicians (protocol design vs. execution oversight) • Sales leadership (handoff integrity) • Administration (inventory and systems) Has authority to: • Issue corrective action plans • Suspend staff pending investigation • Recommend termination of nursing personnel • Halt procedures temporarily if patient safety is at risk Final termination decisions remain with ownership. Clinical safety concerns may escalate directly to ownership without fear of retaliation. ________________________________________ Mandatory Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) • Registered Nurse with valid credentials • Minimum 10 years clinical experience • Minimum 5–7 years of leadership in a hospital or large clinical setting • Experience managing 5+ nursing staff • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) • Strong familiarity with Mexican healthcare regulations • Experience with audits and compliance systems • Advanced degree preferred (Master's in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent) • Must work onsite in Puerto Vallarta ________________________________________ Preferred Experience • Private hospital or concierge medical environment • Exposure to regenerative or biologic therapies • Experience serving international patients • Systems implementation and cost-reduction experience ________________________________________ Psychological Profile Required We seek: • Structured thinker • Calm under pressure • Zero tolerance for sloppiness • Ethical backbone • Emotionally intelligent leader • Loyal and long-term oriented • Capable of respectfully challenging physicians or leadership when patient safety requires it We do NOT seek: • Burned-out administrators • Passive personalities • Individuals intimidated by innovation • Leaders without regulatory depth ________________________________________ Compensation Structure This is a senior salaried executive role.
