Leisure Sales Associate Location: Mexico City, Mexico Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing Job Summary: The Leisure Sales Executive is responsible for proactively generating and managing leisure sales opportunities with a strong focus on the Mexican and U.S. markets. This role develops and maintains relationships with key leisure travel partners, including luxury travel consortia, tour operators, and travel agencies. The position represents Paradero Hotels at trade shows, events, and consortia programs to drive awareness and revenue growth, ensuring seamless alignment with the brand’s values of authenticity, sustainability, and excellence in hospitality.
