Job Description: Responsible for activating distributors with a global presence and considered key accounts. Reporting: Hierarchical (solid line): Managing Director – Camozzi Mexico Functional (dotted line): Business Development Manager – Distribution Italy & NAFTA Main Mission (in accordance with the distribution policies established at the Automation division level) is responsible for driving interaction, coordination, and brand visibility within a network of global key distributors operating in Mexico design and implement actions to inform, train, and engage distributors in Mexico with the company's products and values coordinate and implement the actions required to achieve sales targets with the assigned key distributors in Mexico Key Responsibilities (in accordance with the distribution policies established at the Automation division level) Establish sales targets for each key distributor in their region and coordinate joint actions with the Global Distributor Developer and the local branch manager. Implement multichannel communication campaigns (telephone, email, newsletters, etc.) targeting key distributors. - Promote new products, promotions, and sales initiatives. Create and distribute marketing tools and sales support materials (presentations, visual materials, product sheets, videos). Collaborate with distributors' marketing teams to integrate the brand into their annual marketing plans. Ensure strong brand visibility at the point of sale (point-of-sale materials, catalogs, digital presence). Participate in and support events such as distributor meetings, trade shows, training sessions, and annual conventions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports. Maintain and update the distributor database (CRM, segmentation, contact management). Profile Requirements University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications (Bachelor's or Master's). Demonstrable experience in operational marketing, trade marketing, or networking, preferably in a B2B industrial context. Experience in the automation market, preferably in the pneumatics segment, and managing a network of key distributors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Willing to travel nationally and internationally. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email platforms. Professional English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.
