Now we are hiring a Property Manager/Office Administrator who will act as a central operational coordinator supporting property management activities, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, leasing administration, compliance processes, and internal operational procedures. The role requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, advanced Excel abilities, and the capacity to learn systems quickly , including the use of AI tools to optimize workflows. The position also serves as a liaison between property management leadership and operational teams , while ensuring processes, vendor coordination, and tenant communications run efficiently.
