At YES, we are looking for a Junior Sales Advisor who is passionate about the world of ICE, with a focus on customer service, prospecting, and business development.This is your opportunity!Main responsibilities:- Prospecting, mapping, and classifying customers. - Following up on bids and coordinating with internal and external customers. - Handling commercial requests and quotes for groups and events. - Assisting customers, suppliers, and advisors in developing proposals. - Monitoring satisfaction indicators and strategic visits to accounts. - Use and updating of Salesforce and commercial databases. - Compliance with the sales target assigned by YES Management.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Relations, Tourism, or related fields. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate). - Knowledge of prospecting, analysis, and closing sales. - Excellent communication skills and results-oriented.Dispensable requirements- Intermediate–advanced English. - Previous experience in MICE sales. - Have an active client portfolio.Job offer- Competitive salary. - Attractive commission scheme. - Statutory benefits and above. - Additional benefits after 90 days.
