Job Title: SAP Functional Support Consultant – FI / MM / PP (Onsite) Location: Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico (Candidates from Monterrey, Saltillo, or nearby areas encouraged to apply) Engagement Type: Contract – 3 months (possible extension) Start Date: April 1, 2026 Hours: Full-time onsite (5 days/week) About the Role: We are seeking SAP Functional Support Consultants with experience in FI, MM, or PP to support an SAP implementation project at a manufacturing plant in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila . This role is primarily hands-on functional support , working closely with end users, resolving basic SAP issues, and acting as a bridge between the plant team and the SAP implementation partner. This is a short-term, onsite contract role, ideal for consultants who enjoy end-user support, configuration, and SAP process guidance during a live implementation. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for SAP FI, MM, or PP transactions during implementation. Assist in resolving basic SAP errors and issues related to master data and business processes. Support the integration between SAP and other plant systems . Work closely with SAP implementation partners to clarify requirements and ensure process alignment. Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions as needed. Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support plant operations. Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of SAP functional experience in at least one of the following modules: FI, MM, or PP. Experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC is preferred. Strong understanding of SAP business processes within procurement, production, or finance. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues efficiently. Spanish language proficiency (required) and professional English is a plus. Willingness to work onsite full-time in Ramos Arizpe . Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with end users and technical teams. Desired Skills: SAP Master Data Management experience. SAP Go-Live or Hypercare support experience. Knowledge of ticketing systems or incident management . Ability to understand and map business processes . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
