BA ServiceNow nearshoreWFH MXLong term ProjectKey Responsibilities: Lead requirement‐gathering workshops with business stakeholders and process owners. Document clear business, functional, and non‐functional requirements aligned to ITSM needs. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. Analyse and design "as‐is” and "to‐be” ITSM processes across core modules. Work closely with architects and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure all requirements and designs adhere to ITIL best practices and ServiceNow standards. Produce workflow diagrams, data models, and business rules documentation. Support configuration validation by reviewing design outputs and ensuring alignment with requirements. Assist in test planning, test case creation, and UAT execution with business SMEs. Maintain accurate documentation for service catalog items, processes, and knowledge articles. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business and IT teams. Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous optimisation. Manage and refine backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments. Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions effectively to leadership. Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and data quality standards across ITSM processes.
