Senior IT Project Manager – Global Manufacturing Organisation Monterrey, Mexico MXN $1,299,000 – $1,948,500 + benefits A global manufacturing organisation operating across multiple continents is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join its Americas technology team. This role will play a key part in delivering technology and business transformation initiatives across a complex international environment. The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders, cross-functional business teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of strategic IT programmes. The Role As Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with wider business objectives. You will manage diverse stakeholders across IT, business functions and external vendors, coordinating multiple workstreams across international teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver technology and digital transformation projects across multiple workstreams Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders and external consultants Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across global teams Drive alignment between technical teams and business functions Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership Support change management, training and adoption during system implementations Ensure projects align with organisational governance and PMO frameworks Experience Required 10+ years’ experience in project management within multinational organisations 3+ years delivering technical IT projects such as software development, ERP implementations or systems integration Experience managing complex projects involving cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams Strong understanding of business applications, infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and third-party vendors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or MSP preferred Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to bridge technical and business teams Strong project governance and risk management skills Experience delivering projects within fast-paced international environments Language Requirements Fluent English and Spanish Nice to Have Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments Exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure or data optimisation projects Experience supporting ERP implementations, office relocations or IT migrations
