TD SYNNEX – Key Account ManagerAbout the Role : Key account management for a defined set of customers across the entire TD SYNNEX portfolio, focusing on the largest accounts. Responsible for maximizing associated lines of revenue, profit and potential lines of business by managing and developing face‑to‑face customer relationships. What You'll Do : Develop partners (growth opportunities, account planning, digital platforms). Act as trusted advisor by proactively maintaining strategic relationships with key decision makers through face‑to‑face visits. Create strategic plans to develop and execute current business and drive growth. Discover and exploit incremental business through excellent customer relationships. Coordinate engagement of internal resources – sales, sales operations, specialist business units. Identify project opportunities together with BDM. Gather customer information to plan an effective approach and build a successful proposal. Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected margin return against balanced product mix. Identify customer needs and problems and resolve or escalated to relevant business units. Collect customer insights through profiling and analysis of the account set, and act to maximize opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate completion of essential reporting, profiling and general administration within TD SYNNEX systems, including CRM. Drive usage of TD SYNNEX's e‑commerce tool (InTouch) by effectively promoting its benefits with customers. Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements. Develop a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX's working practices and business objectives to drive customer engagement. What We're Looking For : 1–3 years of relevant work experience. Fuller, Monterrey Bodycote, etc.)Responsibilities (Common Themes) : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across regional accounts. Deliver annual business results aligned with sales, margin and volume growth targets. Lead technical demonstrations and problem‑solving. Promote and sell products and technologies. Identify and close new business opportunities while managing a healthy sales pipeline. Provide expert insights into customer needs, market trends, competitive positioning. Ensure compliance with EHS standards. Use Salesforce to manage activities and report to leadership. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications (Common Themes) : 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or industrial setting. Proven ability to manage complex accounts and long sales cycles (6–12 months). Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills. Proficient in English; preferred technical, mechanical, marketing or chemistry background. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Experience with Salesforce and value‑based selling is a plus. Sanmina – Account Manager (Electronics Manufacturing)Requirements : College or university degree in Business or MBA preferred. 7–10 years experience in a similar role (account/program/business unit management), in electronics manufacturing or related business. Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing operations. Proficient with proposal/presentation and data analysis tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships internally and with customers; influencing without authority. Experience in contract & terms negotiations and ongoing administration. Very strong communication, problem‑solving, analytic and influencing skills. Respectful of customer/internal deadlines. Desire to innovate and continuously improve customer solutions. Bilingual: excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Bodycote – Account Manager (Safety‑Sensitive)Essential Job Functions : Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Conduct sales calls and respond to inquiries. Conduct customer feedback interviews/surveys. Develop and deliver quotations with clarification of requirements. Partner with plant level employees to monitor progress of work. Project management and access to proprietary and third‑party information. Perform duties ethically and professionally; report for work on time; follow directions; interact effectively with co‑workers. Qualifications : High school education or equivalent; college degree preferred. Ten years in sales, customer service or related field. Demonstrated ability to read, write, communicate in English. Strong judgment and customer relationship fostering. Experience quoting pricing and managing expectations. Ability to resolve issues, perform problem‑solving. Excellent communication skills with all levels. Understanding of Bodycote QC system, BHI procedures, FM Pro basics, project tracking, FAA manual, AMS and Mils. Knowledge of heat treatment, Bodycote Quality Manual and Policy Manual. Ability to cultivate customers from diverse backgrounds. Physical & Mental Demands– Work in sitting position for extended periods; manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs; open to exposure to heat, fumes, noise, humidity; strong cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions. Monterrey – Account Executive (Call Center)Job Responsibilities : Attend administrative requisitions of management. Identify and manage solutions for operational, administrative and commercial requirements. Apply satisfaction surveys and prepare reports. Oversee onboarding process for all staff. Requirements : Minimum age with complete documentation. Incomplete bachelor’s degree in psychology, administration, communication, labor relations or related field. Experience in labor relations or commercial coordination required. Highly charismatic, friendly, extroverted with excellent presentation.
