Provide willing services expected by internal and external customer. Generate purchase order for material/tooling/services demanded by other departments. Follow up purchase order management by suppliers (delivery lead time, reception confirmation). Update new parts numbers received and ensure ordering process within ERP System. Ensure ERP System update at each reception of equipment's/ tooling/services. Negotiate best price and ensure the right quality/price. Ensure that the receiving area is performing incoming inspection on goods received from suppliers (conformity, damaged, warranty). Update suppliers evaluation book and ensure delivery follow up on weekly basis. Maintain security stock level for FGX goods frequently used in shop floor (Packing Material etc.). Supply Chain Leader The Supply Chain Leader will report to the Plant Leader with direct line responsibility for customer delivery, production planning, supplier fulfilment, purchasing, and Lean. Alignment of Supply constraint and customer demand Maintain alignment of supply constraint at lead time as input into Supply Chain S&OP process. Oversight to ensure demonstrated supply capability to meet mid/long term demand. Support Rough Cut Capacity Plan process for people, machine, and material capability at lead time. Accountable to create, train, support, and improve delivery & inventory management processes.
