BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. BEPC Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer II with advanced experience in Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have an intermediate level of English and a completed university degree. This role requires strong soft skills such as responsibility, sense of urgency, and commitment. Key Responsibilities Create and optimize stored procedures, views, and queries in Microsoft SQL Server. Participate in technical design and documentation of software solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Use reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS. Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and industry regulations. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software functionality and stability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in similar positions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database programming (stored procedures, views, functions). Experience in writing technical documentation. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Previous experience in healthcare‑related projects or familiarity with standards like HIPAA, HL7 is a plus. Intermediate level of English (reading, writing, and conversation skills). Strong programming background – C# and .Net preferred.
