Responsibilities Help casual and tech‑savvy customers navigate our website, create and modify custom designs, and assist with accurate order processing. Create competitive custom quotes for customer order requests. Act as the point of contact between customers and company departments, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery. Complete time‑sensitive follow‑ups to ensure fulfilment of potential sales and customer service needs. Qualifications Quick learner, confident salesperson, and empathetic customer‑service agent. True computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems. Bilingual – English with B2+ proficiency. High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to problem‑solve and think outside the box. Associate degree or higher. Previous custom manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is a plus. Inside sales experience is a plus. Typing speed 35 wpm. Availability & Salary Full‑time on‑site job located in Hacienda del Colorado, Tijuana, B.C. (Near Chevron Stadium). Pay: $21,215 monthly . Bilingual Interpreter – Confie Tijuana (Mon‑Fri) Confie is a shared service center originally from the United States, serving insurance companies in vehicle and medical sectors. Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written). Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment. Excellent communication skills, able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet performance goals. Responsibilities Gather and document all necessary details of a loss for initial review by the adjuster. Handle follow‑up calls, elevate cases to the adjuster, and assist with claim updates. Provide claim status updates, including handler contact details and expectations, and triage escalations appropriately. Job Overview Detail‑oriented professional to manage new claims for various commercial coverages and keep client accounts up to date in Alliant's system. Ensure strong client relationships through responsive, real‑time communication. Key Responsibilities Process and set up new claims for commercial lines. Maintain accurate client records in Alliant's system. Provide timely client‑facing support to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in a call‑center or administrative role.
