You will play a critical role in transitioning stores from varied local POS and infrastructure setups to a fully integrated, standardized retail solution, aligned with rollouts already completed in EMEA and the US. Each rollout will be treated like a new store opening, with a focus onquality, consistency, and speed of execution .Why Excis?Presence in 190+ countriesOpen, friendly, and growth‑oriented culture that celebrates both individual achievements and team successStart your journey with Excis and grow with us!Requirements Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & DeliveryAct as the local project lead for assigned store rollouts across MexicoCoordinate rollout activities in line with the central scheduleManage site readiness, local constraints, and rollout dependenciesLiaise with central project teams, vendors, and local stakeholdersTrack progress, risks, and issues; elevate when necessaryEnsure rollouts meet defined quality, timeline, and scope expectationsTechnical & On‑Site ExecutionPerform or oversee on‑site installations, including:Network & infrastructure deployment (Meraki hardware, Wi‑Fi, switching)IT rack and back‑of‑house equipment setupSales floor hardware installation (POS computers, iPhones, iPads, scanners, printers, peripherals)Installation and configuration of Wi‑Fi access pointsSupport hardware staging and preparation as neededWork with cabling, wiring, power, and connectivity providersConduct site surveys and validate technical readinessTroubleshoot issues during and after installation to ensure go‑live stabilityStore‑Specific AdaptationAssess existing store configurations, which may vary by locationAdapt installations to accommodate:Different store formats (Compact Store, Factory Outlet, Brand Store)Furniture and cash desk modificationsLocal physical and infrastructure constraintsEnsure standardization while allowing necessary local adjustmentsRollout ScopeThe rollout includes new stores, refits, and closures across multiple regions in Mexico, including:First two stores live by end of Q2 2026Accelerated rollout pace thereafterRequired Skills & ExperienceMandatory:Proven experience in retail IT rollouts, store openings, or field servicesStrong hands‑on technical skills: Network installation and basic configuration (Meraki or similar), POS and retail hardware deploymentAbility to work independently in the fieldComfortable traveling extensively within MexicoStrong communication skills (Spanish & English required; French highly desirable)Experience with standardized retail templates deployed across multiple regionsFamiliarity with Meraki environmentsExperience with international/global rollout programsHardware staging or warehouse preparation experiencePersonal AttributesHighly hands‑on and execution‑focusedStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityComfortable working in fast‑paced, changing environmentsDetail‑oriented while keeping sight of the bigger pictureReliable, pragmatic, and solution‑drivenSuccess CriteriaStores delivered on time, on quality, and to standardSmooth transition from local systems to the new integrated POS templateMinimal disruption to store operations during rolloutExecution quality comparable to best‑in‑class rollouts in other regionsBenefitsCompetitive compensationSupportive environment for professional growth and continuous learningOpportunity to contribute to a global IT leader that values innovation and excellence#J-18808-Ljbffr
