The focus is on creating a safe and sustainable work environment.Objetivo del Puesto: Coordinar los programas de Salud Ocupacional, Seguridad Industrial, Higiene y Medio Ambiente para prevenir, corregir y mitigar condiciones laborales riesgosas o insalubres, asi como asegurar el apego a las medidas de prevencion y proteccion al medio ambiente y a la seguridad de las areas de trabajo para cumplir con la normatividad y lesgilacion mexicana, certificaciones y politicas y procedimientos de la empresa.Responsabilidades Principales:Implementación de programas de EHSMantenimiento del sistema Operativo: manteimiento de auditorias, inspecciones, procesos de EHSMonitoreo, registro y control de los indicadores clave corporativos y locales, así como implementar en conjunto con el Gerente de planta y Líder regional de EHS para lograr los objetivos.Promoción de la cultura de seguridadAseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo aplicable a los sitios de MéxicoElaboración y mantenimiento de los planes de respuesta a emergencia.Coordinación de los servicios de salud disponibles en el sitioSupervisión del servicio y procesos de seguridad patrimonialRequisitos:Universidad completa (Titulo)Diplomado en Seguridad Industrial (deseable)ISO 14, ISO 45 deseableIngles AvanzadoOceanside CA 1351 Rocky Point DrWe Celebrate Who We Are!Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
