We are looking for a Legal Assistant to play a key role in managing and resolving our cases. What You'll Do Manage 60-80 cases at various stages of the personal injury claim process. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to keep them informed. Gather key documents such as medical records, insurance information, background details, and more. Coordinate with private investigators and medical treatment managers. Write case summaries and draft demand letters for insurance companies (templates provided). Analyze each case and propose effective strategies to move forward. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will bring a strong administrative and legal background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve effectively for high-level clients. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and ensure that processes and systems run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and client-facing support to the attorney and clients. Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Handle calendar management, scheduling, and personal time management for the attorney. Oversee email management, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing day-to-day issues and delivering solutions. Build, implement, and maintain efficient systems, processes, and controls to support business growth. Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence, documents, and reports. Maintain strong organizational oversight to ensure deadlines and tasks are met. Must Requirements Experience working in U.S. law firms with a focus on business and commercial law . English proficiency at B2+ level (advanced written and verbal communication). Administrative and legal background. Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
