The Role:About This Role We’re seeking a Canva Designerto create compelling visual content that helps us fulfill our mission to be the most helpful creative platform in the world. This role focuses on creating high-quality, editable Canva designs, from social media posts and marketing templates to presentations and light animations, ensuring brand consistency, efficient turnaround, and full use of Canva’s features. Work Hours:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST/EST Location:Remote, open to candidates inArgentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India . What You’ll Do Create, adapt, and deliver social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, and print-ready files usingCanva . Convert external files (PDFs, Adobe) into fully editable Canva templates with proper structure, fonts, and design elements. Use advanced Canva features (Magic Resize, Smartmockups, Brand Hub) to ensure scalable, brand-compliant designs. Set up reusable design systems with locked elements, text styles, and layout guides for efficient workflows. Coordinate with Project Managers, Art Directors, Team Coordinators, and Quality Specialists to meet project requirements. Communicate clearly via internal tools and delivery notes; client interaction is typically limited to handoff messaging. Maintain organized files using Canva’s Version History, Comments, and Folders. Solve design challenges within Canva’s platform limitations. Leverage Canva’s animation and video features to create dynamic, engaging content.
