We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Programmatic Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is responsible for the hands-on execution, optimization, and trafficking of programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple DSPs, with a strong emphasis on The Trade Desk (TTD). The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in programmatic media buying, a strong understanding of campaign management and ad operations, and the ability to manage campaigns from setup and trafficking through optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. This is a highly executional role requiring precision, accountability, and proactive optimization. Key Responsibilities: ● Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies aligned with client and business objectives. Conduct audience research, identify targeting opportunities, and define KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programmatic strategies align with broader marketing goals. ● Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, with a primary focus on The Trade Desk (TTD). Execute campaigns across display, online video, CTV, audio, and native formats. Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and day-to-day performance optimizations. Ensure accurate campaign setup, structure, naming conventions, and ongoing delivery. ● Ad Operations & Trafficking Own ad trafficking workflows, including creative uploads, tag creation, pixel implementation, and QA. Ensure proper setup and validation of tracking, conversion pixels, and measurement tools. Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and discrepancy issues across DSPs, ad servers, and publishers. Coordinate creative specs, versioning, approvals, and updates across platforms. ● Data Analysis, Optimization and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and performance improvements. Deliver regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations. Translate performance data into clear insights for internal stakeholders and clients. ● Ad Tech & Tools Management: Work across multiple DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP etc.) Utilize ad serving and tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CM360. Stay current on programmatic trends, platform updates, privacy changes, and industry best practices. Support activation of first-party data and privacy-safe targeting solutions in a post-cookie environment. ● Client Communication & Reporting: Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams regarding campaign performance. Provide proactive recommendations and optimization insights. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying. Strong working knowledge of The Trade Desk (TTD). Experience across multiple DSPs (e.g., DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP). Proven experience in ad operations and trafficking, including tags, pixels, and QA. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive optimizations. Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike modeling. Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Personal Attributes Results driven and performance oriented.
