We are growing our commercial team and are seeking a polished, service-driven and highly motivated professional to join us inSan José del Cabo, working from our Finisterra showroom & operations hub.The Role This position is focused oncommercial relationship management, client experience and sales follow-up , acting as the bridge between clients, planners and the internal creative team. You will play a key role inguiding each client journey , ensuring smooth communication, strong relationships and timely progress throughout the process, while collaborating closely with our floral designers to bring each project to life. You will play a key role inbuilding strong relationships with planners , maintaining presence in the market, and ensuring clients receive timely, warm and consistent communication throughout their journey.What You’ll Do Client Sales & Relationship Management • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and planners throughout the commercial process • Maintainconsistent, proactive follow-upon all leads and active opportunities • Build and nurture long-term relationships with planners, venues and key partners • Ensure timely responses and continuous communication to drive decision-making • Support the commercial process towardevent confirmation and closing • Track and manage pipeline, ensuring visibility and organization of all opportunitiesPlanner Relationship Development • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with local and international planners • Maintain presence within the wedding and events ecosystem • Act as a trusted and approachable contact for planners and partners • Identify opportunities through relationship-building and networkingInternal Coordination • Coordinate closely with floral designers, ensuring smooth handoff and communication • Follow up on proposals, feedback and client requirements with internal teams • Support scheduling of meetings, showroom visits, site visits and client interactions • Ensure all commercial information is properly tracked and updatedBrand Representation • Represent Aria Vera with professionalism, warmth and a high level of service • Create a welcoming, approachable and polished experience for clients and planners • Act as a key touchpoint in delivering a premium client experienceWhat Sets You Apart You thrive in a role whererelationships, service and commercial follow-throughare key.
