Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in plastic injection, assembly processes, and metal-mechanics. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in quality control and assurance and must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to support cross-border operations and documentation. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures for plastic injection, assembly, and metal-mechanical processes. • Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. • Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects and propose corrective/preventive actions. • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve processes and reduce non-conformities. • Prepare and maintain bilingual reports, documentation, and quality records for internal and external stakeholders. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to ISO and customer-specific standards. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field). • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA within plastic injection, assembly, or metal-mechanics industries. • Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis). • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems. • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken). • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
