GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION The Senior ERP FICO Analyst is responsible for leading the design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Financials for Mexico. The position ensures full compliance with Mexico localization requirements—including CFDI 4.0 e‑invoicing, eAccounting, DIOT, and tax reporting—while delivering scalable financial solutions that shorten the month‑end close, improve cash flow, and enhance operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead fit–gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and end‑to‑end configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials for Mexico. Own all Mexico localization processes: CFDI 4.0, PAC integration, Contabilidad Electrónica, DIOT, VAT/withholding obligations, tax updates, and complementos. Design Master Data models (CoA, legal entities, ledgers, banks, suppliers, customers) and SLA rules. Manage testing strategy (SIT, UAT, regression), data migration, and cutover planning. Develop financial reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Center. Support integrations with banks, PAC providers, treasury, logistics, pricing, and 3PL systems. Maintain SOX/ITGC controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit documentation. Conduct user training, create SOPs, and ensure system adoption. Serve as product owner for Finance, managing backlog, prioritization, and roadmap execution. POSITION PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES EXPERIENCE: 8–12+ years of experience in ERP Financials (FICO/Financials). 3–5+ years of hands‑on configuration experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials, preferably in Mexico. Proven delivery of CFDI 4.0 e‑invoicing, eAccounting files, DIOT, VAT/withholding compliance, and PAC integrations. SCHOLARSHIP Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related. MBA, CPA, or Contador Público is a plus. LANGUAGES Bilingual Spanish/English, able to lead workshops and produce documentation in both languages. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (TECHNICAL SKILLS) Configuration of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, EBTax, and SLA. Deep knowledge of Mexico localization: CFDI 4.0 (invoices, credit notes, Complemento de Pagos) Contabilidad Electrónica (chart of accounts, Balanza de Comprobación, pólizas) DIOT, ISR/IVA withholding, exchange rates (DOF), SAT compliance Experience with OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, PAC services, and bank interfaces (BAI2/ISO 20022/SPEI).
