We are looking for a NOC Wholesale Specialist to join our Global Carrier NOC team , providing specialized technical support for VoIP and SMS services . If you are passionate about telecommunications, troubleshooting, and working in a dynamic, global environment — this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities Analyze and troubleshoot technical incidents Provide support to internal and external clients Perform voice quality (VoIP) and SMS testing Monitor traffic, campaigns, and performance statistics Analyze network performance metrics and graphs Open and follow up on tickets with vendors/providers ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Systems, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support or NOC Experience or strong interest in VoIP, SMS, and networking English level: B2 – C1 (required) Technical Skills Knowledge of VoIP / SIP / SMS Understanding of VoIP principles, protocols, and codecs Why join us?
