Job Title

We are looking for a Jr Project Management to support project execution and coordination across multiple workstreams for a U.S.-based organization in the senior living industry . This role is ideal for someone with early experience in project coordination who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with international teams. The ideal candidate has exposure to Agile and Sprint methodologies , strong communication skills in English, and the ability to follow up on tasks and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Schedule and attend project workstream meetings as needed Run meeting tools (e.g., Copilot), document discussions, and send recap notes Follow up with team members on action items and deliverables Support project execution to ensure timelines and scope are met Assist in maintaining and updating project plans and schedules Support updates in Azure DevOps , including Features and User Stories Provide weekly updates to the Lead Project Manager on project status, risks, and issues Help identify potential risks and escalate when necessary Requirements Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or similar roles Exposure to Agile and Sprint methodologies Professional level of English (written and spoken), as you will be working with a U.S.-based team Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications Experience using Azure DevOps Previous experience supporting projects in a U.S.-based environment Experience in the senior living industry (nice to have, not required) Benefits Christmas Bonus : 30 days, to be paid in December.
