Manage Human Resources processes focused on pre-payroll, personnel administration, and employee services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Provide internal customer service and supervise pre-payroll to guarantee accurate and timely payments, as well as manage departmental services. Role Responsibilities: Manage payroll (Tress): data entry, validation, and calculation (hires, terminations, incidents, benefits). Maintain information in HR system and manage personnel movements. Ensure compliance with social security (IMSS/IDSE) and affiliated employee transactions. Supervise employee services (transportation, cafeteria, vendors). Coordinate training (training needs analysis, annual plan, follow-up, and records). Manage personnel files and labor documentation. Generate HR reports and indicators (headcount, turnover, absenteeism). Support audits, administrative processes, and policy compliance. Collaborate on projects and overall personnel management. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in companies with over 300 employees. Upper-intermediate English. Experience with HR and payroll systems (IDSE, ERP: Tress, SAP, Workday, etc.). Knowledge of labor legislation (LFT, LSS, NOM-035). General knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Experience in compensation, labor relations, and organizational development. Payroll administration. Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in training and following up on development plans for administrative staff. Ability to create executive presentations.
