We’re Hiring: Demand Planner Location: Toluca / Mexico City (On-site) About the Role We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our international organization and support demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination across the supply chain. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economic, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning, production planning, supply chain, material replenishment, scheduling, S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), Inventory Control, etc. Advanced Excel skills: experience with Blue Yonder (D360/IO) and SAP (S/4HANA is a plus), Power BI, data management. Knowledge of database administration, PowerPoint, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Hyperion Planning. Strong analytical skills, with experience in inventory management, forecasting, and product obsolescence. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Key Responsibilities Allocate products based on demand forecasts, replenishment needs, and inventory policies. Update weekly capacity/occupancy projections and production plans to identify seasonal risks. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution. Adjust deployment strategies in response to demand changes, promotions, and seasonal peaks. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level, inventory turnover, and deployment accuracy. Analyze inventory performance, including stockouts and overstock situations. Act as a key link between production, demand planning, logistics, customer service, and sales teams.
