The Role You will focus 100% on telephone-based sales (Inbound/Outbound) for the industrial sector. You are responsible for the full sales cycle: from strategic prospecting and technical pitching to closing deals and long-term account management. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Outreach: Execute daily sales calls to identify and qualify new industrial leads. Deal Closing: Convert business opportunities into successful sales through expert negotiation. Portfolio Growth: Manage and scale your client base with consistent, strategic follow-ups. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs to maximize your commissions. What You Bring Experience: 2+ years in B2B telephone sales (industrial sector experience is a major plus). Education: University degree (completed or currently enrolled). Skills: Strong persuasion, master of objection handling, and quick technical learning. Profile: A proactive, results-driven professional with exceptional organizational skills. Compensation & Perks Salary: Leveraging your expertise and English proficiency.
