Role Description This is a full-time hybrid position for a Customer Service Representative, based in Monterrey, NLE, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients with their concerns, managing customer accounts, and communicating effectively to maintain positive relationships. Additional tasks may involve supporting the operations team and ensuring consistency in the customer experience across all interactions.
