Your Mission As part of the Air Freight Pricing team, you will play a key role in our commercial and operational success: Monitor and update air freight market rates (import & export) Handle quote requests from the sales team with fast and competitive response times Negotiate competitive air import rates with international agents Negotiate export contracts with airlines and consolidators Prospect and develop relationships with new global agents to expand our network Collaborate closely with the technology team to optimize commercial and pricing processes Must-Have Requirements Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in international air freight within a freight forwarder Valid IATA certification (verifiable) Proven experience handling: General cargo, Dangerous Goods (DG), Perishables, Refrigerated cargo, High-value cargo Express shipments Advanced English proficiency, including fluent negotiation skills Demonstrated experience negotiating with: International agents Airlines Consolidators Computing Skills (Mac OS, Google Workspace, Excel and Python/SQL/HTML are nice to have Why Join Us?
