Tool Shop Head Objective Management to achieve objectives in: SQDCME and the joint management of tool shop resources to ensure the availability of tools during operations. Main Activities Analyze tooling delays to work with your staff to develop plans for reducing them. Measure workshop productivity and establish action plans to increase it in line with production demand. Participate in the implementation of improvements and lessons learned regarding replacement tooling. Manage and monitor the budget allocated to the workshop—including expenses and labor costs—to ensure it stays within budget. Assign and participate in cost-saving projects Lead the implementation and use of TSM, SAP, and Ideas SIEN tools to help achieve the objectives of the indicators defined in the Scorecard. And establish a training plan to develop and advance the skill levels of your staff.
