Position Objective: The HRBP position supports the maintenance, accuracy, and integrity of employee data within Workday. This role is responsible for ensuring data consistency across HR systems, supporting HR operations through reporting and data management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize HRIS processes and resolve system-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting both the in country teams as well as the HRBP’S team to ensure a design aligned with global standards. Provide administrative support on the data management of all benefits administration platforms Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems by performing regular audits and validation checks Assist with scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs Support large data imports and data uploads within Workday Work with the project teams in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes. Support the HRIS Team in resolving system discrepancies between Workday and other integrated systems Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to support HRIS needs Participate in HRIS-related projects and assist in the testing and documentation of new processes and procedures Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data in compliance with privacy and security standards Your Profile: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is” Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis Excellent HR experience and knowledge Exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong relationship-building and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels
