Role Description This is a sales role that is commission ONLY. It is a contract, remote role. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property viewings, and providing market insights and professional guidance. The role encompasses managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and negotiating on behalf of clients to meet their unique real estate goals, ensuring a seamless transaction process from start to finish. Qualifications Strong skills in real estate sales, property valuation, and market analysis. Proficiency in building client relationships, negotiation, and communication. Experience in marketing, digital platforms, and property management tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a professional team. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the real estate industry. Familiarity with real estate markets or regulations, especially in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, is a plus. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial. Valid experience or equivalent certification required.
