Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Senior Analyst Collections! In this role you’ll support financial operations by ensuring accurate, timely, & compliant billing across our Shared Service Center. This position partners closely with branch offices, operations teams, and customers to maintain financial accuracy, streamline processes, and uphold exceptional service standards. Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and process invoices for service, repair, and modernization work. Ensure all billing aligns with contract terms, completion documentation, and company policy standards. • Serve as a key liaison between the Shared Service Center, field operations, and account management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow. • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external billing inquiries, providing clear communication and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction. • Maintain a thorough understanding of company systems, billing procedures, and industry requirements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial controls. • Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and data integrity, contributing to system enhancements and process optimization initiatives. • Collaborate with peers and leaders across departments to support company goals, uphold service standards, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. Minimum Qualifications • Experience using MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel • Understand data processing applications • Prioritizing and multi-tasking, working well under pressure while paying close attention to detail to meet month-end deadlines. • Ability to handle sensitive information, maintain a high level of data entry accuracy, and adhere to strict deadlines is essential. • Able to display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employee, as well as the ability to communicate positively and effectively, verbally and in writing • Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. • Knowledge of ERP • Advanced English level. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; HS Diploma required • Experience within a Shared Service environment.
