We are seeking a customer-facing Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment of an innovative AI-driven platform across enterprise environments. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Software Development using languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar who have already transitioned into a more client-facing, implementation-focused role while continuing to leverage their technical expertise. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end implementations of the platform for new customers Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements, systems, and IT environments Configure and integrate with enterprise tools such as: ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira) IDAM (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID) Build and manage API integrations (REST/SOAP) Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations Document implementations and contribute to best practices and playbooks What We’re Looking For 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, CSE, FDE, etc.) Experience with system integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) Familiarity with: ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) Identity systems (Okta, Active Directory) Hands-on experience deploying or administering enterprise SaaS applications Intermediate scripting or programming knowledge (Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash) Comfortable working with Linux/Windows environments and CLI Passion for solving customer problems and improving user experience Advanced English proficiency.
