About Our Team A highly committed and energetic team dedicated to post-sales support, serving as subject matter experts in Order Management and acting as a trusted partner to all stakeholders. What You’ll Do You are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle for 2 geographies (NA & LA), ensuring accurate and timely order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role manages order entry, coordination with supply chain, logistics, finance and etc, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement across systems such as SOC and S4 platforms. 1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Oversee daily order entry, validation, and processing activities. Ensure accurate pricing, contract compliance, and order documentation. Monitor order status from receipt through invoicing. Resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and invoicing issues. 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop the order management team. Set performance goals and monitor KPIs (order accuracy, cycle time, backlog levels). Conduct performance reviews and training programs. Maintain engagement and motivation. 3. Cross-Functional/cultural/geographies Collaboration Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. Ability to work with people from different cultures, languages and business practices. Coordinate teams working in different time zones. Understand local regulations, tax rules, compliance and etc. 4. Process Improvement & Systems Management Optimize order-to-cash processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. 5. Customer Experience & Compliance Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). 6. Reporting & Analytics Track and analyze performance metrics. Prepare monthly operational reports. Identify trends and recommend strategic improvements. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Order Management or Customer Order Processing Bachelor’s degree in international business management or a related degree program 3+ years of leading experience – team leadership Proficiency in Excel and Data analytics Problem solving and decision making Process improvement and operational efficiency/productivity Cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong customer-focused mindset Good analytical thinking Ability to manage high volumes and datelines English language and Spanish language skills Time zone and remote team management Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Strong knowledge in Order Processing workflow and Order fulfillment process Cross geographies management - local regulations, tax rules, compliance, time zone, communication culture, local customer behavior and etc. Why Lenovo?
