Your Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for releasing processes and products into mass production, as well as designing, implementing, and overseeing projects of varying scales. This includes managing production runs and changes to processes and products. With strong skills in risk analysis and budget management, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on achieving excellence for our customers. What You’ll Do Oversee the release of processes and products into mass production. Design and develop engineering projects and new product introductions, from concept through completion, including managing equipment, personnel, budgets, and timelines. Closely monitor project execution at all stages to ensure adherence to initial planning and compliance with requirements. Proactively manage risk and materials selection. Administer and coordinate production runs and process/product modifications. Lead work teams, which may include both internal and external professionals from various disciplines. Document daily progress and report any issues or setbacks encountered. Proficient use of SolidWorks and Project management tools. Who You Are (Basic Requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Advanced conversational English Previous experience as a project/product/process engineer, project leader, or in project design and development, including production runs and process changes Knowledge of risk mitigation and continuous improvement methodologies Strong organizational, leadership, effective communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and self-management skills What Will Put You Ahead · Experience in telecommunications projects and optoelectronic products At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
