This role drives programs, events, and practices that embed company values, foster recognition, and ensure successful adoption of change across the organization.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field - Specialization in Change Management, Corporate Culture, or Organizational Development - Advanced English (reading and professional writing) - Familiarity with facilitation tools, design platforms (Canva, PowerPoint, Illustrator), and internal communication systemsRequired Qualifications- 3 years of experience in corporate culture, organizational change, or employee engagement - Experience coordinating cultural initiatives and recognition programs - Ability to organize team-building activities and cultural events - Skills in content creation and management of digital engagement channelsResponsibilities- Coordinate cultural and change management initiatives aligned with business goals - Design programs that promote company values, recognition, and employee participation - Manage internal platforms to strengthen cultural identity and engagement - Implement recognition and team-building activities that reinforce cultural alignment - Support communication and follow-up of employee survey results and action plans - Facilitate spaces for dialogue and feedback such as forums, surveys, and open sessions - Promote organizational change through strategic initiatives, events, and cultural campaignsAbout Polaris Industries, Inc.As the global leader in powersports, Polaris Inc.
