Responsibilities: -Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints -Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions -Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers Qualifications: 2 + years of experience in chat customer support Ability to handle cases with minimum escalation to managers Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Salesforce or similar platforms Ability to handle multiple tickets while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working in a fast -paced environment and adapting to changes Fluency in English is required
