Position goal: An accountant with experience in reporting and strong knowledge of financial statements who will prepare and maintain financial records, support billing area, prepare information for reporting purposes (treasury, cashflow, financial information, etc) and ensure these reports are executed in a timely manner considering the established due dates for each one. Responsibilities: Support for the correct issuance of financial information in accordance with international Financial Reporting standards (IFRS) for reporting purposes as MIF, GTC Analysis and reporting of general accounting, electronic accounting and attention to various internal and external requirements in accounting-financial information matters in accordance with current legislation and corporate policies Responsible of banking information postings (inflows and outflows), cashflow forecast, banking reporting in different systems as Mercury, bank reconciliation and internal controls application to ensure the reliability of the information Oversee inventory management (cars, vans & spare parts) including yearly physical counting with external auditors, inventory reconciliations within systems and monthly reporting required Ensure adherence to applicable corporate and local guidelines, abstracts and manuals from Mercedes-Benz Group (considering 4EP and SoD) by performing samples and internal controls within MBMex as required Ensure that taxes (Income Tax, VAT, ISAN) reports are delivered timely and adequately according to established due dates on a monthly basis Manage communications with external auditors Profile: Accounting Bachelor, Finance or Administrative Bachelor. Master degree is a plus.
