Job Title

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Legal team and support a wide range of corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters. In this role, you will work closely with different areas of the company and external advisors, playing a key part in ensuring legal compliance while supporting the execution of strategic projects. Key Responsibilities • Draft and review corporate documentation, including shareholders’ meeting minutes, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate agreements • Support corporate governance processes such as company formations, bylaw amendments, and reorganizations • Coordinate and follow up on notarial and public registry filings, ensuring timely completion • Draft, review, and analyze commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents • Identify potential legal and contractual risks with guidance from the Legal team • Support internal legal requests and provide day-to-day legal assistance to different business areas • Conduct legal research and assist in regulatory and compliance-related matters • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Product • Track legal projects, manage follow-ups, and help prioritize ongoing matters • Maintain well-organized legal records, contracts, and corporate documentation Requirements • Law degree with valid professional license • 1–3 years of relevant experience (law firm, notary public, or in-house legal team) • Solid understanding of corporate law and contract drafting • Experience with notarial and public registry procedures • Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and attention to detail • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Nice to have: • Experience in fintech, financial services, or payments If you’re looking to grow your legal career, work on meaningful projects, and be part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.
