Key Responsibilities Support the CFO in a variety of accounting functions, including: Day-to-day accounts payable and receivable Payroll processing and accuracy assurance Month-end and year-end reporting and filings Depositing checks and maintaining cash receipts and bank deposits Preparing general ledger entries, including month-end accruals and journal entries Supporting internal and external audits Performing additional tasks as assigned by ownership What We’re Looking For Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and listening skills Stable work history 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and analytical skills Permanent contract offered, full salary, and superior benefits including major medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 30 days of Christmas bonus, and additional vacation days.
