Help us share Hridaya’s teachings of the Heart and inspire as manybeings as possible. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital marketing strategies and campaigns for Hridaya Worldwide. This position involves leading the marketing team to increase online visibility efforts, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to participants’ growth. Collaboration with external agencies and close coordination with the programs department are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance online visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue growth. Agency Coordination: Collaborate closely with external agencies. This includes creating clear guidelines, assigning tasks, and monitoring deadlines. Onsite Presence: Maintain a year-round presence in both markets. Follow up on France and Mazunte specific needs and requests. Strategic Oversight: Oversee a holistic marketing strategy, working with specialists, support teams, and external agencies. Implementation and Reporting: Ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, timely reporting, and strict adherence to project timelines and deadlines. Growth Potential: Demonstrate professional growth potential, showcasing the ability to assume a directorial role if necessary. Team Operational Management: Actively manage and support the operations of the Hridaya communications team, applying the overall strategy and supporting the encompassing of social media, website maintenance, paid advertising, content marketing, and development efforts. Qualifications Experience & Skills Prior experience in digital marketing and communications or a related field Familiarity with planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns Experience with leading teams Ability to collaborate across departments and coordinate with specialists Understanding of regular digital media platforms and services such as Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp etc. Experience with using Google Workspace and project management software such as Asana Experience with CMS platforms and analytics is a plus (Wordrpress, Google Anaytics, etc.) Experience with online advertising platforms is a plus (Google/Meta Ads) Personal Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and proactive with a collaborative mindset Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Open to feedback and continuous learning Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and reliability Do you feel called to contribute your skills to this position?
