They are looking for a highly creative and self-reliant individual to join their team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual design background, an excellent eye for detail, and is proficient in utilizing modern AI-powered content tools to drive their content strategy forward.The Role:The Visual Designer & AI-Powered Content Specialist will be a multifaceted role responsible for the creation of high-quality, on-brand visual and multimedia content for their marketing and events. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. A key focus will be on leveraging AI and template-based design tools to maximize efficiency and maintain an easy-to-update content library.Responsibilities:Visual Design & AI Content- Design and produce engaging visual assets for social media, event pages (Luma), newsletters, and infographics. - Leverage AI tools (Gamma, Canva) to create and manage easy-to-update templates for all visual content. - Ensure all visual output adheres to their brand standards. - Ability to design with an elevated, editorial-quality visual aesthetic aligned with premium or luxury brands - Strong understanding of typography hierarchy, layout balance, and brand consistency - Ability to execute designs with minimal art directionPodcast Production & Distribution- Edit and produce video podcasts from raw recordings (e.g. Riverside or similar remote recording platforms) - Manage editing workflows including pacing, cuts, color correction, and audio polishing - Produce podcast visual assets including YouTube thumbnails, banners, and channel graphics - Prepare final deliverables for publishing across YouTube, Spotify, and other podcast platforms - Maintain consistent visual identity across all podcast-related assetsPost-Production- Edit full podcast episodes (audio + video). - Clean audio (levels, noise reduction, music/intro/outro placement). - Light video polish (cuts, pacing, clarity). - Maintain consistent episode quality and format.Short-Form Content- Select and cut 3–5 high-impact clips per full episode. - Format clips for: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. - Burn in basic captions (or deliver caption-ready files).Turnaround- Deliver full episodes + clips within 5–7 days of recording.Collaboration- Work closely with their team to align content with upcoming events and strategic goals.Requirements:- Proven podcast editing experience. - Comfortable with remote recording platforms like Riverside, SquadCast, or Zoom recordings. - Strong sense of pacing and soundbites for engaging content. - Experience editing for short-form social media consumption. - Reliable, responsive, and deadline-driven work ethic. - Demonstrated proficiency in modern design and AI-powered content creation tools, specifically Canva and Gamma. - Exceptional self-reliance, organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership over projects. - Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. - Nice to Have: Experience with thought leadership or business-to-business (B2B) podcasts, basic motion graphics or branded lower-thirds creation, and familiarity with professional editing software like Descript, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.Tools You'll Use (Must Be Fluent or Comfortable Learning Quickly): You'll work inside a modern, lean stack:- Design & AI Content: Canva, Gamma (Demonstrated proficiency is required). - Internal & Project Management: Airtable (CRM, pipeline), Discord (internal communication), Google Workspace (email, docs, calendars). - Events & Communications: Luma (event RSVPs), Instantly (outreach). - Post-Production Platforms: Riverside, SquadCast, or Zoom recordings (Comfortable with remote recording platforms). - Professional Editing Software (Nice to Have): Descript, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut (Familiarity is a plus).Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be a foundational part of a growing team and have a direct impact on their success.
