Manufacturing Mgmt 1 He directs and executes the day‑to‑day operations of the production area, establishes the priorities for his team to support the activities that take place on the production floor to assure the fulfillment of the goals, such as packaging, quality and costs. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure that the personnel in charge of the job meet the training required for the proper development of its personnel. Has the obligation to have the PATH of fulfillment in case of an inconvenience for the fulfillment of its goals. Improves employee productivity. Develops optimal use of resources.
