Job Description

The Client Executive plays a key role in ensuring our Digital Incentives and Rebates clients’ contracts are evaluated and entered into our systems, as well as client contacts gain access to our portals. This role ensures IO’s are set up accurately, additional information is reviewed, and timelines are met. You’ll partner across internal and external teams to deliver results with precision, efficiency, and a strong client-first mindset.Primary Accountabilities: Intake and process all new digital campaigns and client information toensure it follows the appropriate workflow process.Review and collaborate with internal departments to verify accuracy ofbilling and supporting documentation as requiredWork with Account Managers and Sales Team to request and updateinformation needed to complete I/O (insertion order) process and offer set-up process.Compile and maintain client specific trackersCreate new billing agreements in the ECON for all campaignsEnter Rebates contracts into the Rebates AppCoordinate with sales and operations to analyze pending credits andresolve issuesConfirm billing portal is updated and clients are invoiced properly.Research inconsistencies and client questions related to billingEscalate discrepancies proactivelySupport and reconcile invoicing inquiries across Incentives, Rebates andMediaSetup access into our platforms as requestedRequired Qualifications: High School Diploma required.
