Job Description

HR Business Partner, Amazon Logistics PXT Ops This role serves as a foundational HR partner supporting site operations through consistent execution of PXT programs and relationship‑building with hourly employees and frontline leaders. This role maintains visible floor presence to foster team culture, drive engagement, and coach leaders on people management practices. Key responsibilities include supporting employee experience initiatives, executing recognition and inclusion programs, facilitating voice of employee channels, and coaching managers through performance conversations and talent processes. Builds business acumen while partnering with senior PXT team members to reinforce Amazon values, monitor organizational health metrics (attrition, attendance, engagement), and support talent planning activities. This position requires strong judgment in conflict resolution, policy guidance, and escalation awareness. Success is measured by supporting healthy site metrics, reinforcing manager routines, and creating positive employee experiences while developing skills in influencing without authority. Key job responsibilities Employee Experience & Culture: Maintain visible floor presence to build rapport with employees and leaders Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that improve engagement and retention Facilitate employee feedback channels (roundtables, pulse checks, Voice of Employee) Coordinate recognition activities and inclusion initiatives Support conflict resolution by facilitating conversations and gathering facts Promote self‑service tools for routine questions Strategic PXT Partnership: Partner with frontline and mid‑level leaders to reinforce people leadership expectations Influence without authority through relationship‑building and clear communication Monitor patterns that signal emerging issues and elevate appropriately Reinforce Amazon policies and PXT standards Support onboarding coordination for new employees and leaders Assist with internal investigations while maintaining confidentiality Talent Planning & Organizational Health: Coach managers through performance conversations and documentation Support talent processes including calibrations, promotions, and development discussions Monitor attendance, attrition, and engagement trends Recommend development resources based on observed gaps PXT Operational Excellence: Execute consistent daily and weekly routines Track and interpret PXT reports and employee feedback data Collaborate with PXT team members to deliver consistent employee experience About the team Inclusive team culture At Amazon we embrace our differences and are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Speak, write, and read fluently in English 1+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience 2 YOE in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment +2 YOE working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information +2 YOE supporting hourly employee client group Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field Experience in human resources at companies supporting 250-500 or more associates Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Payroll Systems or HRIS Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
