Bringing together your expertise and our commitment to high-quality work, we will shape the future of automotive production with efficiency and innovation.What awaits you?Lead the technical planning and programming of advanced paint processes and vision systems, ensuring a flawless journey from initial concept to mass production.ResponsibilitiesDefining, implementing and improving processes within the IPP Paint Application and E-Coat Finish department to ensure best performance and highest quality levels.Integrate new products by programming line tracking vision system ( ISRA / VMT), DÜRR Paint Application SystemCoordinating department related activities for launch of new products and materials to ensure quality to the standard at SOP. Focus on Line tracking Vision System, DÜRR Paint Application system, 3D-Onsite.Coordination and planification of related maintenance activities focus in Paint Automatic Systems DÜRR, Paint Circulatory Systems, with the objective to improve technicall availability.Execution with known and new production methods, including interpretation of results and implementation of strategies in production. Focus on Line tracking Vision System, DÜRR Paint Application system.What should you bring along?We are seeking an expert with a deep background in robotics and a mindset for sustainable manufacturing.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Robotic Engineering.5+ yearsin automotive manufacturing (OEM or Tier 1).5+ yearsin a leadership role within a Paint Shop environment.Experience inNew Model Introduction and robotic path programming.Strong analytical mindset for quality defects, expert interpretation of engineering drawings, and a background in statistics.Are you motivated and would you like to shape tomorrow's mobility with us?
