About the Role Product Specialist Responsible for technology development and product development, from the design of products to their release for production in the plant. Coordination of product and/or component projects, product certifications, or others as required. Design, documentation and coordination of tests, development of standards for Global Appliances, coordinating quick projects, medium or support long projects as required, lead product engineering activities in the plant, lead work teams on specific projects, troubleshooting and plant support as required. Responsibilities Coordinate activities to ensure the certification and approval of products and components on time and according to company and regulatory requirements. Ensure that the products perform within the safety, efficiency, and other requirements as defined for them. Ensure that testing, certification, conversion, execution, or other projects are carried out in accordance with the standards of the company and its clients/partners. Identify and report on legal and regulatory requirements that regulate product development in the different markets. Coordinate pilot runs to ensure compliance with project requirements. Manage the approval of medium and small projects aimed at meeting needs for cost reduction, quality improvement, or product performance optimization to meet internal objectives. Ensure the efficient use of allocated economic resources, observing and respecting company policies and thus contributing to the achievement of R&D objectives. Qualifications Engineering Degree Experience en related positions. Project Management Manufacturing or related business to HVAC or refrigeration industries.
